8.1 No refund or exchange will be accepted by Phare Médica other than for defective merchandise or errors in this regard.
8.2 Phare Médica reserves the sole discretion to accept or not a request for refund and / or exchange.
8.3 Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order.
8.4 In the event that Phare Médica agrees to a refund or an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition in accordance with the return arrangements cited above.
8.5 In the event that a refund is accepted by Phare Médica, it will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and will only be made after receipt of the said order.
8.6 In the event that a refund or exchange is granted by Phare Médica, the cost of administrative, handling and shipping costs will apply in accordance with the merchandise return provisions mentioned above.
