Return Policy
8.1 No refund or exchange will be accepted by Phare Médica other than for defective merchandise or errors in this regard.
8.2 Phare Médica reserves the sole discretion to accept or not a request for reimbursement and/or exchange.
8.3 Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order.
8.4 In the event that Phare Médica agrees to a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition in accordance with the return provisions cited above.
8.5 If a refund is accepted by Phare Médica, it will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and will only be made following receipt of said order.
8.6 In the event that a refund or exchange is granted by Phare Médica, the administrative, handling and shipping costs will be charged in accordance with the provisions for returning merchandise cited above.
